Mr. R. K. Kapoor is a Partner at S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Nanak Dev University and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualifying in 1982.

Mr. Kapoor brings over two decades of association with the Firm and has extensive experience in direct tax litigation and tax compliance. His practice spans advisory and representation for large Public Sector Undertakings, banking and financial institutions, major public and private sector companies, as well as non-profit and non-governmental organizations.

He is widely regarded for his practical approach to complex tax matters and his ability to navigate high-stake litigation and regulatory engagements with tax authorities.
