Mr. Pradeep Dinodia is the Managing Partner of S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, and has been leading the Firm since 1978. With over five decades of professional experience, he is widely regarded for his expertise in direct tax litigation, encompassing both domestic and cross-border matters.

He regularly appears as Senior Counsel before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, India. His professional interests also include corporate governance, transaction structuring, and the execution of complex cross-border engagements.

Mr. Dinodia has served on several technical committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including the Accounting Standards Board, Fiscal Laws Committee, and the Peer Review Board, contributing meaningfully to the development of the profession.

He holds honours degrees in Economics and Law and is a Senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
