Mr. Pradeep Dinodia
Mr. Pradeep Dinodia is the Managing Partner of S.R. Dinodia & Co.LLP. Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Dinodia has been at the helm of the Firm since 1978 and has since gathered immense experience. His area of specialized expertise is Litigation in the field of Direct Taxation (domestic and cross-border), he is a Senior Counsel in Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, India. Corporate Governance and Structuring and execution of Cross Border Transactions continue to be his passion.
He has been a member of various technical committees and forums of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, such as the Accounting Standard Board, Fiscal Laws Committee and Peer Review Board.
Mr. Dinodia has a brilliant academic record with honours’ degrees in Economics, Law and is a Senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Sandeep Dinodia
Mr. Dinodia has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University and his L.L.B. from Delhi University in 1986.
He is a F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 1984. He is empanelled with the Institute of Internal Auditors – U.S.A.
Mr. Dinodia has experience in the fields of Assurance, Regulatory & Financial Consulting. He has over twenty years experience in his areas of practice and has been instrumental in the setting up of various enterprises in India with the collaboration from International Association and companies.
He provides valuable insights into how companies can grow, diversify, and prosper to maximize their shareholder’s wealth.
Ms. Pallavi Dinodia Gupta
Ms. Pallavi Dinodia Gupta qualified with distinction in Commerce (hons.) from Lady Shriram College, then went on complete her degree in Law from Delhi University and Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She has over the last decade, worked in different practice areas both externally with law firms and the industry and internally within the Firm, including auditing, domestic taxation, financial and corporate advisory.
She now specializes in international taxation, in which she not only advises clients and helps non-resident companies fulfill the compliance requirements in India but also acts as a counsel representing clients before tax authorities on issues pertaining to Transfer Pricing and cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements etc. and continues to be actively involved with the domestic taxation services offered by the Firm.
Mr. R.K. Kapoor
He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Guru Nank Dev University .
He is an F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 1982.
He has good experience in tax litigations and tax compliance of various large Public Sector Undertakings, Banking Institutions and Large Public and Private Sector Companies and non-profit non government organizations. He has been associated with the Firm for over 20 years.
Mrs. Nutan Jain
Mrs. Jain has completed her Bachelor of commerce from Delhi University.
She is an F.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 1994 and a qualified Information System Auditor. (D.I.S.A.)
It is under her guidance and supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, management audits and audits for non- profit non government organizations are conducted for various Public Sector Undertakings, Banking Institutions and Large Public and Private Sector Companies.
