He heads the Assurance Services Division that conducts various services relating to compliance of Accounting Standards and audits that check statutory compliances as per the Companies Act, 1956, that check and suggest systems improvement within organizations. It is under his expert guidance and supervision that various large audits like statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due-diligence audits, management audits and audits for non-profit non government organizations are conducted for various Public Sector Undertakings, Banking Institutions and Large Public and Private Sector Companies that are good corporate citizens.

Mr. Dinodia is on the Board of Directors of many large public listed companies as an independent director offering invaluable guidance on the companies’ policies of good corporate governance and helping solve their compliance issues with the myriad of laws under SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA etc.

He has over twenty years experience in auditing Non Government Funded projects of various entities, which have a socio-economic impact. He has also been involved with compilation of systems of developmental projects in India, funded by various international agencies.

He has been instrumental in the setting up of various enterprises in India with the collaboration from International Association and companies. The invaluable advice he gives for Management Assurance helps clients develop an in depth understanding of their business, and then convert the information obtained to harness unexplored opportunities, thereby improving the client's efficiency and performance. He has also structured various methodologies for the implementation of fraud detection and corporate compliance programs.

He helps clients through all phases of a transaction, including post-merger integration services and also during restructuring.
