Ms. Pallavi Dinodia has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Lady Shriram College for Women, Delhi University. She is an A.C.A. from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, since 2002 and a qualified Information system Auditor. (D.I.S.A.)

In the early stage of her career, she worked with a leading financial services company in Europe. She was a member of the business development team, which was entrusted with the task of identifying the viable and non-viable businesses of the company for process structural re-engineering. She was exposed to the systems, processes and controls prevalent within the various businesses of the company.

Ms. Pallavi Dinodia is the third generation of the family that has joined the practice. She is currently looking after the Corporate Finance & Legal Advisory work of the firm which undertakes the valuation of enterprises, helps clients’ strategize re-structuring, growth and consolidation plans through various schemes for mergers, de-mergers, joint ventures, alliances etc. She supervises tax audits and transfer pricing assignments, advises on, issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, Fringe Benefits Tax etc. She is actively involved with the taxation compliance and litigation services offered by the firm.
